Acceptance

By accessing the application you agree to these terms and to any supplementary agreements you present to end users (for example a customer agreement or data processing addendum).

Permitted use

• Use the software in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt other tenants, bypass authentication, or probe infrastructure without authorization.
• You are responsible for content your users upload and for configuring quotas and abuse controls.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid features route through Stripe. Taxes, invoicing cadence, and refund rules should mirror the copy in your checkout and customer portal.

Disclaimer

The boilerplate is provided as a starting point. Operators disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Limitation of liability clauses should be drafted with counsel for your market.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for material violations after reasonable notice where required.
